From 1995 in San Vitale industrial docks area "Iron Service" is established with the idea of creating a center for receiving, rolling out and cutting coils directly on the port terminal. Within the terminal Eurodock, on the channel harbor of Ravenna, Iron Service has a dock and a warehouse for the storage of shipping coils so it receives directly the raw material by ship or by truck and using the same method is able to serve Italian and foreign steel market This factory is able to work black coils, pickled and galvanized coils and cold-rolled. With the idea of increasing its services, the Iron Service has developed a pickling plant for steel coils with a low carbon, high-alloy and unalloyed steel.
